Artists retain ownership of their work.

Artwork featured through the ASM Art Gallery remains the intellectual property of the contributing artist. ASM receives permission to produce, promote and sell approved artwork through our products and platforms.

Artists participating in the ASM Art Series are required to submit original work or work for which they possess the necessary commercial rights and permissions. Artwork that infringes third-party intellectual property is not permitted.

ASM reserves the right to remove artwork from sale if we receive an intellectual-property complaint or reasonably believe the work may infringe the rights of another party.

ASM's Art Gallery is built around human creativity and artistic expression. Digital tools, including AI-assisted tools, may form part of an artist's creative process; however, artwork that is primarily AI-generated or lacks meaningful human authorship will not be accepted into the ASM Art Gallery.

Participation in the ASM Artist Program does not guarantee that every submitted piece will be released. ASM reviews artwork for quality, originality, technical suitability, brand alignment and overall fit within the Art Series.

We take intellectual-property rights seriously. If you believe artwork offered through the ASM Art Series infringes rights you own or represent, please contact us: contact@asimplemailer.com with information identifying the artwork and the rights involved. ASM may suspend or remove artwork while a claim is reviewed.
